American Tower Engineering Coordinator II in Cary, North Carolina
We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator II to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Engineering team. The team maintains the safety and longevity of our towers and ensures a high level of compliance with industry standards. Day to day you will track and monitor the delivery of engineering services to ensure high-quality customer service . You will partner cross-functionally to resolve engineering services issues with internal and external customers and vendors .
What You Can Offer Us
Effectively manage all engineering services in the team’s tracker/queue, provide requested information and ensure minimal cycle time.
Act as point of contact for all engineering-related questions and issues from internal and external customers and vendors.
Deliver completed engineering services in electronic and hard copy formats.
Manage billing information, including requesting codes and updating the workflow tracker; research and resolve billing inquires.
Create new engineering services for non-collocation-based projects, including tower inspections, tower maintenance services, operations projects, new tower builds, and other projects.
Proactively partner cross- functionally with engineers to manage tower capacity and vertical space availability scrub requests.
Oversee and administer in Oracle Financials purchase orders for outsourcing, department purchases, and other needs.
Keep track of and renew engineering licenses.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment providing administrative or technical support required.
Oracle financial platform experience preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment .
