What you will do:

The Manufacturing Process Lead sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.

  • Accurately entering data into computer and Flexnet

  • Preparing NCR's

  • Maintaining quality standards by performing in-process quality inspections

  • Perform job set-ups and changeovers, and lot closings

  • Implementing continuous improvement efforts regarding productivity

  • Mechanical and technical inclination - able to demonstrate basic machinery adjustments

  • Ability to perform material handling functions including use of hand jacks, lifting devices, cutting tools and related material handling equipment.

  • Must be able to read and operate assorted scales, gauges and other measuring devices and accurately weigh product for each mixing assignment

  • Able to verify proper license plates and status labeling; set up and close open lots; verification that raw materials have been released for production prior to use

  • Operate HMI’s to perform basic trouble shooting and operating mix systems

What you need:

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • 3 Years year of related experience required; leadership experience preferred

  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
