Shaw Contract Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview

The Shaw Contract Digital Marketing Manager will support digital initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying customer needs, and launching new digital tools to enhance user experience. They will excel in content management, communicate complex concepts effectively, assist with digital product launches and oversee email marketing to shape Shaw Contract's digital presence and improve user engagement.

Please note this position will work out of our Create Centre campus in Cartersville, GA.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with the Shaw Contract brand team, design team, creative team, and segment managers/directors on digital initiatives and the creation/implementation of new digital tools and features.  Support and work closely with the Shaw Contract Senior Digital Strategy Manger on all digital initiatives for the brand.

  • Create and maintain website content and user database on shawcontract.com using CMS platform. Use widgets along with rich-text HTML code to create and edit web pages. 

  • Gather continuous feedback from internal and external users to help inform the digital strategy planning for the brand.

  • Work closely with the product launch team to launch new products and collections on the shawcontract.com website. Build new products and collections and coordinate review process with various teams.

  • Communicate with internal IT business partners for development work, outlining scope, purpose and business impact prior to deployment.

  • Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing of all new website features prior to deployment, ensuring that all demand requirements are met and working as expected. Troubleshoot and diagnose bugs on shawcontract.com received through communication from our internal/external users.

  • Diagnose browsing sessions to understand issues with site performance and facilitate corrections as needed.

  • Create and send emails using the Account Engagement email platform and maintain all brand contact lists, both internal and external. Work with the communications team on internal email communication.

  • Collaborate with internal team members, including Inforum, the sales team, and the larger brand team on all things digital. Conduct comprehensive training sessions focused on the website and our various digital tools for newly onboarded account managers.

  • Work with our global team initiatives by helping to train and support our global marketing managers and assist with product launches, web page design, Design Awards, and various other campaigns as required.

    Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles

  • 1+ years of experience with SEO such as SEMRush

  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills - able to distill complex information from multiple sources into actionable insights to train and support others.

  • Experience in rich-text HTML code, Kentico, Pardot, CSS, Adobe Creative suite, and MS office.
