Required Skills:

Teamcenter Architect Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for administration of Teamcenter, including license control, roles, permissions and organizations, and command suppression.

  2. Perform Teamcenter system administrator activities, such as removing process and data locks, creating and handling workflows and statuses as needed, and creating folder structure and queries.

  3. Administer standards, symbols, templates, and PAX files.

  4. Manage structure and variants.

  5. Drive and ensure best practices in document control process and procedures including revision rules (assembly load options).

  6. Continuously improve and optimize system architectural elements for enhanced performance and scalability, including maintenance patches.

  7. Create development database, develop use and test cases and lead testing for feature releases.

  8. Create documents defining processes and procedures for best Teamcenter practices.

  9. Act as point person for Siemens problem resolution.

  10. Provide Teamcenter training to new users and guidance to existing project teams.

  11. Act as first point of contact for problem resolution and resolve key systemic production issues.

  12. Handle NX licenses and integration with Teamcenter.

  13. Manage NX “Start” files (parts, drawings, templates), NX site defaults, and preference.

  14. Perform PLM functions including part numbering, naming, revision rules and variants, folder management, and control site file locations.

  15. Maintain Teamcenter integrations with CAD Tools (NX, Altium and Auto CAD).

  16. Responsible for Teamcenter installations, upgrades, patch updates and BMIDE deployments.

  17. Responsible for Teamcenter customizations using Java, C++, ITK APIs and Teamcenter SOA services.

  18. Position requires incidental domestic and international travel.

  19. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted (remote work benefit).

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, or related field, followed by five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:

    1. Hardware and software integration
    1. Computer support and project management
    1. Infrastructure architecture knowledge and experience
    1. Analytical and process management skills
    1. Designing, developing, testing/QA, or implementing software applications or systems
    1. Implementation of software, hardware, network, and security requirements
    1. Database administration
    1. Network administration.

Public Compensation:

$226,344/year to $276,870/year + bonus + equity + benefits
