As a summer intern in our IT department , you will work closely with our AI team to design, develop, and implement chatbot solutions and other generative AI applications. This role combines elements of programming, data analysis, AI model training, and user experience design to create intelligent systems that enhance our customer interaction platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of chatbot applications and generative AI models.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and integrate AI technologies that improve customer service processes.

  • Participate in the collection and analysis of data to train and refine AI models.

  • Document and report on the performance of AI systems, proposing improvements based on feedback and analytics.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and chatbot technologies, suggesting innovative ideas to incorporate them into our projects.

  • Support the IT team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
