The Dermalogica Global Marketing team is in search of a creative, enthusiastic, and diligent Global Product Innovation Intern . You will work directly with the Global Product Innovation team to assist in the development of products and campaigns, assist in managing new launches, and support the team with day-to-day functions. This is a part-time paid internship. Candidates for this internship must reside locally to be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, product introduction, and promotional programs.

  • management of China registration and go-to-market projects

  • Initiate documents necessary to the launch development process

  • Assist in managing artwork updates

  • Conduct competitive product and positioning analysis

  • Organize, label, and distribute comps and lab samples

  • Participate in innovation brainstorm meetings

Education and/or Experience:

  • Strong interest in the skincare, health, and beauty industries; experience in one or more of these industries preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to think creatively and execute tasks efficiently.

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Speaks Chinese/Mandarin

  • MBA a plus
