Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup of projects using various systems and tool

  • Coordinate order processing and tracking of deliverables

  • Project Logistics, cost administration and documentation management

  • Assist with maintaining the completeness and accuracy of project data and documentations

  • Provide support during project meetings including recording and distribution of meeting minutes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate in Project Management / Administration

  • Driver's License

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Expereince in project administration or a similar role

  • Able to take responsibility for multiple functional areas

  • Fluent in english (reading and writing)
