If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for aShift Supervisor (Nights)to join our team located at our facility in Carrollton, TX.
Your Role:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead plant production and will be responsible for maximizing safety, quality, and productivity while also minimizing cost. The successful individual will oversee plant daily operations and create an engaged and team-oriented workforce. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You will have the opportunity to:
Develop strategic initiatives and operating goals for the plant.
Ensure production schedule, material usage, and output requirements are met.
Hire and train employees as well as appraise their performance.
Work to your maximum potential and help others do the same.

We need you to have:
High School diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of related professional and progressive manufacturing experience.
Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Proficiency in SAP, Kronos, and Gensuite.
Icing on the cake:
BA/BS degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
Prior team management experience including coaching a diverse staff.
