Job Summary:

Trane TXNLA has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Regional Rental Specialist role responsible for a dynamic part of a multi-million-dollar service business. As a Rental Specialist, you will be responsible for running and managing a project from beginning to end. This include project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring invoicing and administrative closeout of each rental project.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with various team members for accurate and timely recording of project costs, including field labor and rental equipment, accessories and materials.

  • Responsible for all Region Rental Project Administration, including CRM Opportunity Set-up, Estimation of project costs, new order entry, monthly order addendum entry and project invoicing and all general administrative functions to support the Rental Fulfillment process.

  • Works closely with SE Region Rental Account Managers to insure timely and accurate administration of each rental project.

  • Manages and Issue Field Purchase Orders (PO’s) to various vendors in support of the Rental Business.

  • Issues Credits and Re-Invoicing of projects, when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment.

  • Strong business acumen including a thorough understanding of operational workflows, solid attention to detail and superior customer service skills.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Programs.

  • Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.

  • Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Must have ability to work well in a team environment and effectively collaborate across multiple teams, offices, and departments.

Base Compensation Range: $55,000 - $85,000 annually.

***Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, experience, geographic location where the work is performed, etc.

This role has been designated as Hybrid – Flex for your day .  While most work must be done on-site, there is flexibility to work remotely when workflow and priorities allow. *The Company reserves the right to modify this designation should business needs require.
