OTTOs opportunity:

Our Sales Engineer, Tool and Die is responsible for tool and die sales, Wire EDM services, as well as technical support to customers. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and needs. This will include following up on quote requests, attending trade shows, and partnering with marketing on various lead generation and follow up activities.

Specifically, the Sales Engineer, Tool and Die will:

  • Monitor customer sales activities and generate new leads and opportunities
  • Convey customer requirements to the team
  • Act as primary contact for customers, including phone and email contact
  • Create and provide estimates for tool builds, components, and Wire EDM projects
  • Assist with project management
  • Assist with other related duties as required or assigned
