Mentor Technical Group Utilities Planner in Carolina, Puerto Rico

With offices in Caguas, PR, Boston, MA & San Francisco, CA and we serve life sciences clients in six global markets: United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning/Scheduling Services – Support Utilites Team analyzing all service requests and channels each to the applicable technical team.

  • Also monitors service aging assuring everyone has their request serviced applicable aging metric.

  • As part of maintenance support services, it is expected to provide planning and scheduling activities for Maintenance department to ensure proper level of planned work orders and critical activities.

  • Plan and Schedule of maintenance works for technicians and contractors.

  • Develop weekly and long-term schedules.

  • Maintain complete and accurate records/plans within CMMS system.

  • Develop performance metrics on a weekly basis for monitoring progress.

  • Contractor escorts planning.

  • Ensure compliance with weekly and long-term schedules.

  • Maintain complete and accurate records/plans within CMMS system.

  • Development of scope of works and proposal analysis, for preventive maintenance activities.

  • Have Interaction and participation on Process Team meetings for status discussion.

  • Ensure Quality and EHS requirements in work order planning and execution.

  • Support client's representative Facilities engineer on special projects planning, and execution.

  • Verify that the Invoice includes the correct PO number and the correct description of the good or services received and have not been already invoiced.

  • Know the content of the PO or Contract and if the services or goods were received to take action on the invoice.

  • Collect and verify work orders categorized for GMP Areas, to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.

  • Submit them to GMP Library.

Qualifications:

  • AD in Technical Field BS in Technical Field (Preferred) 

  • 5-10 years' experience in Utilities Regulated Environment
