Tuscola Behavioral Health Systems Outpatient Therapist in Caro, Michigan

Tuscola Behavioral Health Systems (TBHS) has been providing services within Tuscola County since 1974. As the Community Mental Health Agency within Tuscola County, we are here to provide services to children with severe emotional disorders, adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual/developmental disorders.

  • This job is located in Caro, Michigan.
  • Part Time/No Benefits; Hourly; Approximately 16 hours per week; Flexible in Terms of Hours
  • $37.75 per hour

Requirements:

  • Full Michigan licensure (LMSW) as a Master's Social Worker. Consideration will be given to LPC candidates.
  • Minimum two years of outpatient therapy experience in providing the examination and evaluation of adults and children with severe mental health challenges.
  • Substance use experience and CAADC credential desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include working with children and adults in an outpatient mental health setting.
  • Performs clinical intakes and assessments and interim plans.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and actively supports culturally competent, recovery-based practices.
  • Flexible schedule.
