What You Will Do:
Assist persons served with daily living activities, as well as engage in activities such as arts, crafts, and games
Provide support with shopping, doctors appointments, etc.
Medication administration, documentation, and appointment summaries
Be a champion and advocate for persons served achievements and personal goals
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Valid Driver License and ability to drive an organization vehicle
Act 33/34/73 Clearances, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Physical/TB
Must successfully pass Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within 90 days of employment
