Robert Half Direct is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a confidential company to organize information and communications between the company’s U.S. operations team, international staff members, and network of suppliers. The Operations Coordinator will follow-up on a variety of details regarding new and existing items in order to ensure all quotes, samples, and production orders are completed accurately, on schedule, and according to all applicable requirements.

The Operations Coordinator will be critical support for the Vice President of Operations to keep the daily operations of the business running smoothly. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator who can maintain the business systems as they exist today and also offer meaningful ideas to improve systems and procedures in any ways that will help to maximize the efficiency and the long-term profitability of the business.

The ideal candidate will have proven project management and/or executive assistant experience to manage complex projects and tasks that require the coordination of multiple groups. The Operations Coordinator will be highly organized and will be proactive in formulating business solutions to complex problems rather than seeking direction from others.


  • 2+ years of executive assistant or project management support experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc...

  • ERP Software experience

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple groups
