Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism? At Behavior Treatment & Analysis, we're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our innovative team.

Your Role:

• Clinical Excellence: Manage behaviors using individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collect data to track progress.

• Family Engagement: Work closely with families, providing daily feedback and coaching during sessions.

• Community Integration: Deliver services in various community settings, fostering social interactions and independence.

Administrative Duties:

• Efficient Communication: Respond to emails and messages within 24 hours.

• Detailed Documentation: Convert completed sessions daily, obtain parent signatures, and write thorough session notes.

• Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings and mandatory training sessions, addressing any issues that arise.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.

• Availability: Monday to Friday, 2 PM – 8 PM (minimum 25 hours/week).

• Certifications: Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification required.

• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Active Participation: Ability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, and engage in physical activities with clients.

• Physical Support: Assist clients with activities, including carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
