Overview

The Project Manager will oversee law enforcement and security operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in criminal justice, law enforcement, or security, with the necessary qualifications to lead and manage security-related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for management of four Site Security Managers providing security program services at four separate sites.

  • Lead and manage security projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of law enforcement and physical security operations.

  • Ensure that all team members comply with established security protocols and standards.

  • Conduct regular assessments to maintain high levels of operational efficiency and security readiness.

  • Collaborate with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies as required.

Qualifications

  • Project Managers shall have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, or a minimum of 10 years’ experience in law enforcement or a security related area.

  • They must be previously fully commissioned by an accredited law enforcement agency or possess a Diploma or Certificate as a graduate of a Federal, State, local or military service approved/recognized basic law enforcement or a physical security academy.

  • Must satisfactorily complete Physical Agility Testing (PAT) and Weapons Qualifications prior to assuming duties and comply with all remaining requirements.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
