Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve both external and internal customers by addressing inquiries in a Contact Center environment. Handle orders, process RMAs, resolve issues, and ensure accurate information is maintained in all databases.

  • Perform varied back office and gatekeeper tasks as needed.

  • Efficiently switch between multiple screens and systems to provide quick and accurate information.

  • Work with ERP, CRM, and web-based systems to ensure all data is accurate for an optimal customer experience.

  • Provide technical support and educate customers about products, educational courses, and protocols.

  • Record patterns and queries that may indicate larger issues with products or services.

  • Adhere to Quality System, regulatory requirements, and maintain customer confidentiality.

  • Accurately input orders, including customer details, parts, quantities, prices, and shipping methods. Cross-sell during interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in Customer Support, preferably within the medical device industry preferred.

  • Experience with high-customized part numbers, customized pricing, large international orders.

  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer relations skills.

  • Intermediate computer skills required.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
