POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for providing HR support to HR Director andassigned centers by providing day to day coordination of HR programs, benefits, orientation,onboarding, and other HR projects as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Manages sensitive and confidential information.2. Train centers on how to conduct new hire orientation and ensure compliance with current program.3. Audit centers to ensure HR compliance for all new hires up to and including personnelfile audits, completion of I9 and required training.4. Ensure completion of all background checks (as required by company and state).5. Assist with the administration of leaves of absence and Workers' Compensation.6. Perform audits in area of responsibility to ensure compliance with employee licenseand/or certification requirements.7. Assist with coordination of Benefit Enrollment and serving as resource forcenters.8. Conduct required training with center managers and employees as needed.9. Partners with Recruitment by attending local job fairs and building relationships with localcolleges/schools.10. Participates in center investigations as assigned11. Provides support and education to increase participation in programs and initiatives such as DEI andMichael R. Walker foundation.12. Performs other duties as assigned.
