ManpowerGroup Production Operator - Day Shift in Carleton, Michigan

Our client, in Carleton, is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to work as a Production Operator! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that starts immediately. Apply today!

Location: Carleton

Compensation: $18.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with others in a fast paced, team environment. Assisting in, or rotating through, many work areas or shifting tasks quickly may be required.

  • Perform mathematical calculations relating to numbers and sizes of glass products for production, packing, and shipping.

  • Accurately read tape measure and scientific notations, monitor instrumentation and log information.

  • Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping, shoveling, and raking glass.

  • Safely hold and carry pieces of glass of various sizes, shapes, and thickness weighing up to 75 pounds.

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

  • Must be able to stand or walk on concrete floor for up to 12 hours.

  • The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs.

  • Must be able to work in a loud environment.

  • Must have the ability to be smoke-free for 12 hours.

  • The ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions.
