Welder -- MIG/TIG (2nd Shift) - Canton, OH - JOB 24-00508 Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits Shift Hours: Monday - Friday -- 3:30pm - 12am A well-established electrical services and equipment provider located east of Canton; Ohio is seeking a Welder with CNC knowledge. Duties include maintaining, locating, and organize raw materials through all areas of the fabrication/weld shop per schedule and bill of materials (BOM). The ability to safely operate and maintain all equipment and hand tools within the fabrication department. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required. • Knowledge of working with CNC. (Laser Cutting machinery a plus) • Able to weld MIG, and with some TIG welding. • Experience/Knowledge with Fabricating Metals. • Able to read and interpret blueprints, read tape measures. • Ability to operate cutting torches. • Must be detailed oriented. • Must have a good attendance record. • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds. • Must be able to frequently stand, walk, reach, and bend. • Must be able to work 2 nd Shift Monday thru Friday 3:30pm -- 12am • When the fabrication department is low on work, you will be required to help in the assembly department or wherever instructed by supervisor. • Must be willing to operate overhead cranes, forklifts and other lifting devices as required by supervisor. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
