Aerotek MIG Welder in Canton, Ohio
Description:
MIG on structural steel, aluminum, and stainless - 7 to 20 gauge thickness
Read blueprints and tape measures
Will utilize hand/power tools to fit and fabricate products
Will lift 50-75 lbs. on occasion to place and adjust materials for welds
Utilizing JIBB cranes to move materials
Will receive AWSD 1.2 weld certification (6G Weld Aluminum)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
2+ years MIG (GMAW) welding on aluminum, stainless, and structural steel
Blueprint Reading
Tape Measure Reading (will be given 8 question tape measure test down to 16ths)
Weld Hood, Gloves, Steel Toe Boots
Nice to Have:
TIG welding (GTAW)
Stick welding (SMAW)
Forklift and Overhead Crane
Experience in Job Shops
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
