Job Title: MIG Welder

Job Description

Join our team as a MIG Welder where you will be responsible for welding on structural steel, aluminum, and stainless steel ranging from 7 to 20 gauge thickness. You will read blueprints and use tape measures to accurately fabricate products. This role also involves lifting materials weighing 50-75 lbs occasionally and using JIBB cranes for material movement. You will be expected to fit and fabricate products using various hand and power tools.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Canton, Ohio.

Work Environment

Our facility operates shifts across all hours, with a pay rate of $21-$24/hr based on experience and weld test results. Employees typically work around 50 hours per week, with potential overtime, including double time on Sundays if 40 hours are completed during the week. We are located in a 150,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Canton, Ohio, with a team-focused and supportive environment under an easy-going manager who values fun but expects high performance. Dress code includes jeans, shirt, steel toe boots, and safety glasses.
