Hourly Department Supervisor - TEAM LEADER NEEDED

  • *Weekday PM/Weekend Supervisor Needed *
  • $12.50-$14.00/hr. to start depending on experience.
  • Additional Raise & Team Leader Incentive +$1/hr. after the Training period.

Our customers create the path for the day which leads us to tasks such as providing fast and friendly service to fasted paced food preparation. We look for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy problem-solving in what can sometimes be a challenging environment.

As with any retail store, you must execute as a team in all aspects of store operations. To be successful, you need energy, an excellent work ethic, a great attitude, and a smile.

[Responsibilities:]{.underline}

Promoting excellent service with an attitude of running your department as if it were your own business.

Support department management with employees, ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, and staffing as needed.

Maintaining a clean and pleasant store environment.

Providing prompt and courteous customer service.

[Job Requirements:]{.underline}

Weekend availability is a must. When available, alternating weekends will be your reward for your efforts in training your team leaders.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Good organization skills with attention to detail.

Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.

Follow company policies and procedures, Employee Handbook, and company communications; ensure employee compliance.

Demonstrate responsiveness and sensitivity to customer needs.

Interact with team members respectfully and honestly.

Frequent walking and standing.

Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling stocking merchandise and unload trucks.

[ Work Experience:]{.underline}

High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.

One year of management experience in a food service environment preferred.
