Req# 26940 Aultman Health Foundation, CANTON, OH AULTMAN HOSPITAL Aultman Health Foundation Part Time, Day Shift, 8a-5p PURPOSE OF POSITION Responsible for supporting the corporate marketing and communications team in the generation of positive messaging and media publicity. Manages assigned communications for Aultman Health Foundation (AHF) including but not limited to websites, mobile applications, social media and other written content. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS Implements AHF's digital communication strategy. This includes AHF websites, mobile applications and social media integration across all platforms. Maintains a working understanding of SEO, content management systems and website best-practices while guiding the digital communication strategy and implementation. Evaluate emerging technologies to provide thought-leadership and knowledgeable perspective for appropriate adoption. Assists with development and coordination of marketing/advertising projects and campaigns. Works with departments, entities and colleagues to generate positive media publicity. Writes and creates content for web and social media. Assists with writing blog posts, website/social media content and various marketing collateral. Uses various content management systems to create/edit content on websites and intranet. Provides support and guidance for special events such as open houses, grand openings, health fairs and other community events. Works with internal and external technical development teams to accomplish goals. Collaborates with external vendors to implement and maintain third-party applications that support digital marketing goals. Collaborates with internal teams to create and implement engaging content for program-specific web pages and social media campaigns. Optimizes user experience and engagement. Evaluate the success of web content, social media campaigns and advertising campaigns using pre-determined KPIs. Makes adjustments in strategy where appropriate. Uses analytics to drive decision-making in content strategies and online campaigns. Generates content, monitors messaging and scheduling for digital displays throughout AHF. Assists with taking photos and video production. Works with customer and staff videographer to develop content, including scripting, storyboards, visual setup, sound design and communication outlet. Coordinates production and implementation of videos. Supports strategic organizational goals. Creates and fosters a work environment that is consistent with the mission, vision and values of the Aultman Health Foundation and abides by the Aultman code of conduct at all times. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations or related field. Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms. Strong conceptualization ability and visual communication ability. Strong understanding of common web development practices. Strong understanding of common video practices and techniques. Basic understanding and application of SEO. Able to manage heavy workload and prioritize multiple projects. Able to work and complete tasks independently. Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail. Maintain a consistent professional appearance. Ability to stimulate new ideas and create an environment of teamwork. Must possess traits of integrity, honesty and fairness. Computer skills required. Exhibits a highly collaborative nature.
