Civil Project Manager, Water Resources - Canton, OH - JOB 24-00389 Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 Permanent Position with Benefits Responsibilities: • Evaluate existing service area utility assets and develop corresponding recommendations for rehabilitation or replacement • Provide support in the design of the rehabilitation and/or replacement of water lines and sanitary sewer lines • Monitor performance and adherence to plans and specifications during the construction phase. Assist with submittal reviews, requests for information, correspondence, change requests, and change orders. • Coordinate and assist with environmental studies, permitting, alternative analysis, and other technical deliverables • Identify future projects/opportunities, services, and client needs. • Ensure project communication between team members and clients. • Make formal presentations to clients, stakeholders, the public and regulatory agencies. • Attend networking events, trade shows and technical conferences for business development purposes. • Build client relationships through project delivery. Qualifications: • BS in Civil Engineering or related Engineering discipline • Professional Engineer Certification, or the ability to obtain, is highly desired. • Minimum of five years of experience. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Possess excellent leadership skills • Possess the ability to work independently or collaboratively • Periodic travel will be required.
