Inspire Brands Operating Services Manager - Dunkin' in Canton, Massachusetts

The Operating Services Manager is a key role in successfully transforming the Dunkin’ asset base to the Next Generation (Next Gen) image. This hire must have a “can do” attitude and be willing to roll up their sleeves to drive the overall remodel process to Next Gen.

The hire must have organizational agility, understanding of basic contract processes and have a propensity to identify process risk early as well as proposed solutions to mitigate the risks to ensure successful completion of the project. They may be asked to assist with vendor involvement/support throughout the lifecycle of a project as well as franchisee conversations.

This role requires onsite presence at the Boston Support Center in Canton, MA at least 60%, or 3-days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • KPI and Ad hoc reporting – create, execute, maintain, and deliver reports that assess Remodel performance (e.g. remodel forecasting and scheduling)

  • Insight generation – provide strategic analysis of the Remodel Process by linking various data sources (e.g., Tango/GDI platform reporting, sales, Field/Franchisee feedback, cross-functional team feedback, etc.).

  • System improvements – inform and assist in development and maintenance of Remodel process and enhancements through evaluation of reporting, insights, and franchisee/cross-functional feedback.

  • Restaurant Operations – learn and understand Dunkin’ restaurant operations and its impact on Dunkin’ NextGen image, including review/approval of remodel and new build store layouts

  • Relationship Management - develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners in the organization

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years restaurant operations management experience preferred

  • Experience with franchise-based business models is preferred

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to remove obstacles, proactively solving problems

  • Capable of delivering results vs. activities; having an action-orientated mindset

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to remove obstacles, proactively solving problems

  • Strong Financial knowledge and Microsoft Office skills specifically, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Capable of delivering results vs. activities; having an action-orientated mindset

  • An energetic team player and driven self-starter, with a positive mindset, excellent work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills

  • This hire must have a “can do” attitude and be willing to roll up their sleeves to drive the overall remodel process to Next Gen

  • A strong ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and written) with Dunkin’ Leadership, Franchisee Leadership as well as the Business Consultants and Construction Managers

  • Able to actively listen and understand complex process, while looking for opportunities to simplify
