Description We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team based in Canton, Massachusetts. As a HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our training and employee engagement initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute significantly to permanent employee orientation and training, employee engagement surveys, and job description review projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of permanent employee orientation and logistics, ensuring a smooth transition for all new team members.

• Facilitate soft skill training sessions for permanent employees to equip them with the necessary skills required for their respective roles.

• Assist in the implementation and management of engagement surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement levels.

• Contribute to job description review projects, working to ensure all job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.

• Track employee participation in various initiatives and projects, providing regular updates and reports.

• Leverage strong communication skills to address and resolve any employee queries or concerns.

• Utilize Office suite to manage and maintain accurate employee records.

• Play an active role in employee relations, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this role.

• Must have substantial experience in handling employee relations.

• The ability to conduct orientations for new permanent staff effectively is essential.

• Experience in mentoring new permanent staff and guiding them through their initial phase in the organization.

• Should be able to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning initiatives for employees.

• Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.

• Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
