Job Information

UL, LLC Client Services Supervisor in Canton, Massachusetts

  • Coordinates the activities of direct reports to enhance communication, eliminate redundant efforts and to view opportunities to consolidate client services efforts.

  • Organizes and coordinates assigned client account work in a timely and profitable manner.

  • Prepares client proposals, report, specifications, technical information, etc.

  • Provides technical consulting services to clients.

  • Follows up on inquiry calls; respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Participates in trade shows and technical conferences.

  • Works with business support to bill clients in a timely, concise and profitable manner.

  • Provides technical support to in house employees as required.

  • Maintains up to date knowledge of regulations and product expertise and utilize that knowledge to develop new business with clients.

  • Develops a competent team by overseeing the selection, development and training of team members.

  • Maintains an awareness of employee morale and institutes appropriate employee-relations activities.

  • Maintains an employee/team contingency and succession plan.

  • Manages the performance of team members.

  • Defines accountabilities.

  • Establishes performance objectives.

  • Establishes employee/team performance measures and goals in support of the global vision.

  • Provides career counseling, feedback and guidance.

  • Ensures understanding of and compliance with all established policies and requirements.

  • Read and follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

  • Performs other duties as directed.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Customer service experience required.

  • Experience as a people leader highly preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Access, e-mail and general computer proficiency required.

  • Salesforce experience highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated written and oral and interpersonal skills required.

  • Ability to work onsite in Lowell, AR a minimum of 3 days per week required.
