Responsibilities
Job Description
Route Management: Ensure all routes are completed safely, professionally, and punctually.
Talent Management: Handle recruiting, hiring, evaluating, disciplining, payroll, and management of all hourly employees.
Training: Conduct onboarding and safety training for new employees, as well as retraining for current staff.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all contract and state requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills and capable of working independently.
