Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our client in Canonsburg, PA. Assist with managing program cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure project contractual work products are delivered on time and within budget. Provide an additional program interface with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Assists with developing the performance measurement baseline and monitors execution, including establishment of and routine reporting on the technical performance, financial status, and program risks and issues. Generates the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) in coordination with inputs from Control Account Managers. Identifies program problems and issues and coordinates with the Program Manager, functional managers, and customers to obtain solutions to obtain solutions. Review reports and briefings prepared by staff for quality and compliance with contract requirements. Provides oversight and management of supplementary technical instructions. Supports execution of program reviews (travel anticipated). Prepares and delivers formal briefings (travel anticipated). Complies with quality assurance and security procedures in the performance of duties.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 5 years experience in Leadership and management. Minimum of 5 years experience with MS Office and software applications.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Master's Degree. Knowledgeable of defense contracting and finance, including Earned Value (EIA-748). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good customer service orientation. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
