Insight Global Project Manager in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior PM to provide Project Management oversight for a Global Compensation Harmonization effort. The goal of this project is to establish a harmonized Job Catalog and Global Grading Structure with tracks and levels, and then map the existing employee population to this new architecture. It will require stakeholder management with multiple workstreams including the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, HR Systems & Delivery Team, HRIT, and global coordination with HR Business Partners around the world.

We need a strong and seasoned PM, able to build relationships quickly, organize the effort and drive the work to the schedule established. The Project has largely been planned, but now needs someone to coordinate and ensure all the workstream plans are aligned and dependencies are tracked and managed. It would be preferable to have someone who understands basic Compensation design principles and has worked with HR and technology-enabled HR projects in the past.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

* 8 + years of project management experience driving full life cycle of project

o Seasoned PM and knows how to work independently

* Experience communicating and defining project cadence, project issues, change requests and risks to project sponsors and stakeholders.

* Experience analyzing key metrics of project scheduling, costs, and value realization

* Experience owning projects and acting as a project lead

* Direct experience managing HR projects in an organization (rewards, compensation, job catalog, pay grade, rewards, etc.) null
