Key responsibilities for this role include:

Interact in a highly professional manner and communicate daily with executive staff, candidates and external customers and partners as well as corporate - wide personnel.

Perform a variety of administrative duties with latitude for exercising discretion and independent judgment.

Coordinate special projects, project tracking and assist with project planning.

Serve as a liaison between the Executive and their direct reports, as well as within the Senior Management team.

Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other complex documents.

Provides direct administrative support including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Coordinate and monitor telephone conference calls with a strong sense of urgency. Handling time sensitive and confidential information.

Coordinate Executive meetings, telephone conference call and departmental meetings as well as meetings with external parties.

Serve as a liaison between the Executive and their direct reports, as well as within the Senior Management team.

Handle business (domestic and international) travel and hotel reservations.

Run reports. Create and updated spreadsheets and presentations.

Liaison with other functions/departments/regions to coordinate schedules/meetings/materials, as necessary.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4-7 years of experience. Prior experience working with Sr. Level executives is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Must possess broad computer skills and experience with many types of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes.) and have the ability to learn new programs quickly.

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills. Must be able to multitask. Must be capable of learning new software and programs quickly and easily. Must be capable of working with minimum supervision.

Position functions with limited supervision.

Ability to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence. Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.

Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment. Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.

Typically sitting at a desk or table.

Normal office environment.

Average 2 days a week in New York City Office.

Travel up to 10%.

Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $105,000.
