Description SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of this position will be to lead a team of Treasury Management Sales and Operational Support staff, grow deposit services for the Company and generate new business deposits and treasury management services opportunities as a producing manager. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans, creating and managing an annual budget, researching and introducing new products and services as needed and establishing/strengthening internal partnerships throughout the company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a team of relationship managers, technical support and clerical personnel in the sale, delivery and service of Treasury Management products and services Generate the sale of business products and services to commercial customers as opportunities occur by conducting sales calls on current and potential clients in partnership with Commercial Lending Relationship Managers and Retail Branch Managers Communicate effectively and efficiently with Senior Management, Treasury Management team members, peers, clients and vendors via email, phone and in-person meetings Cross-sell additional products/services to other internal departments as well as cross-sell internal partner products and services to Treasury Management clients Prepare professional and accurate customer service proposals and analysis in conjunction with the Bank's pricing and service offering guidelines Develop and/or revise policies and procedures as needed Direct the implementation of all Cash Management products and services sold. Assure accuracy of work and follow up with clients as needed Monitor and contact existing commercial customers as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Assist in the daily operational activities insuring that goals and objectives are met Ensure products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate and monitor adequate collateralization of public funds with support from the Finance Division Complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money Laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulations. Provide assistance to the BSA Officer with monitoring Alerts produced within the AML System to insure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and governmental regulations dealing with anti-terrorism, money laundering, and Bank security. Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position Complete all other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Bank's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
