The Arc Madison Cortland Recycling Operator III in Canastota, New York

SUMMARY: We are expanding our team to now include an Operator III position. Seeking a motivated person to operate industrial equipment such as Skid steer, forklift, and bailer. First shift hours with opportunities to work more, great benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for maintaining efficient operation of all daily recycling activities. Responsible for operation of industrial equipment (skid steer, forklift, bailer, etc.) and perform other recycling functions in absence of normally assigned staff or as needed. Responsible to maintain established preventative maintenance schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED required. Must possess at least 2 years maintenance experience, 2 years industrial machinery operation experience, or 2 years supervisory experience. Valid NYS driver's license. Skid steer and forklift experience preferred
