Position Overview

Join us as a Production Supervisor at The Arc Ontario. The Warehouse and Production Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of FLX Premier bottling liquid filling operations to ensure efficient production. As well as handling day to day operations and ensuring exceptional customer experience and excellent quality services are delivered on a consistent basis.

Work Location: Canandaigua, NY

Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm with flexibility in schedule to meet agency needs

Responsibilities

  • Provides the day to day oversight of operations of the bottling line, including setting up contracts and securing adequate staffing to achieve the required production rate.

  • Responsible for setting up bottling operations according to job specifications. Identifies the need for modifications or further breakdown of tasks to ensure quality controls and production rates are being achieved.

  • Provides supervision and oversight to all production staff and interns, ensuring that all coaching/training is completed while addressing performance issues as they arise. Schedule staff as needed to meet production demands.

    Requirements

  • Two years' experience in production or similar position.

  • 1 year relevant supervisory experience or a combination of education/experience.
