Position Overview

Join us as a Staff Development Manager at The Arc Ontario. You will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of a variety of Staff Development functions to ensure staff are well trained in the skills needed to perform their jobs. This includes both classes offered through Staff Development and the Collaborative as well as Coaching Plan development. You will also coordinate training opportunities throughout the agency.

Work Location: Canandaigua, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm with flexibility in schedule to meet agency needs

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Services, or related field and over three (3) years relevant experience.

  • Broad knowledge of agency programs and functioning.
