Responsibilities

  • Performs janitorial tasks required to carry out daily contract requirements, according to agency-instructed techniques. Completes all janitorial roles (flooring, horizontal surfaces, restrooms, garbage removal).

  • Responsible for adhering to contract requirements by achieving required production rates and quality specifications. Participates in quality control activities, such as building walk-through with Supervisor or Crew Chief.

  • Completes special cleaning projects as needed. Responsible for meeting specification, timely completion, serves as a role model to other custodians and represents the agency in a professional manner when interacting with customers.

    Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old

  • High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education/experience preferred

  • One year of janitorial experience preferred
