The Opportunity!

As an Auto Mobile Advisor, reporting to the Branch Manager, you will build, serve, and maintain relationships with clients and local dealerships throughout the community in Campbell River, BC to provide diverse insurance coverage and products. Did you know, Campbell River is The Salmon Capital of the World?

A day in the life -

  • Build relationships with clients, colleagues and dealership representatives to grow your professional network.

  • Proactively and creatively offer solutions using a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products while achieving performance targets.

  • Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more.

  • Develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.

What you bring -

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Demonstrated sales experience and drive

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions

  • Weekend and Evening availability

  • Willing to use own personal vehicle to travel to dealerships (mileage reimbursement)

  • Willingness to obtain a Level 1 and 2 License (training provided)
