The Department of Corrections, State Correctional Institution (SCI) at Camp Hill is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Corrections Stock Clerk to join our dynamic team.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Corrections Stock Clerk, you will handle the receipt, storage, distribution, and inventory control activities for a variety of stock items and supplies for SCI Camp Hill. Key responsibilities of the position include inventorying stock and receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and raw materials. You will also train and monitor inmate workers in the receipt, storage, distribution, and inventory control activities for a variety of stock items and supplies. In addition, you will prepare routine reports and operate motor vehicles, forklifts, or hand trucks to move oversized or heavy items, remove scrap materials, or make deliveries.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment (40-hour work week) Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with paid lunch period. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of stockroom, warehouse, retail sales, or clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Special Requirement: This position requires possession of an active PA motor vehicle license. Additional Requirement: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
