Reference #: 1031333 Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Apply safe working methods - Set-up, operate, and adjust various CNC machines - Machine to OEM specifications maintaining tight tolerances - Perform a variety of associated functions to maintain continuous operation of the machines - Operate overhead cranes/jib cranes, grinders, hand tools, and precision measurement tools - Maintain required job skills and knowledge requirements - Maintain work area, equipment, and all documents/records to be audit ready at all times - Collaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work procedures - Perform other job-related tasks as assigned Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Technical school or certification in related discipline preferred - 3-5 years as a CNC or manual machinist - Use of fine motor skills - Use of hand tools - Work in awkward positions and in tight spaces including forward reach, lateral reach, squat, overhead reaching, twisting, and forward head and rotation of neck - Must be able to lift 50 pounds - Computer skills - Ability to read prints and use gauges for quality inspection
