The Role

The Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Camp Hill, PA is looking for an Assistant General Manager to assist in the daily operations of the hotel and conference center.

What you'll do

You'll plan and manage the hotel's operations Tuesday through Saturday during the evening shift to achieve customer satisfaction and give quality service to our guests. This position will be involved in all areas of the hotel's operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance along with food and beverage (restaurant/bar/banquets) and overseeing restaurant operations.

You'll be successful if you have

  • At least 5 years of hotel leadership experience in a full-service property with extensive food and beverage experience

  • The ability to make decisions, resolve customer complaints and anticipate potential problems

  • The ability to initiate revenue generation activities and expense control measures

  • A desire to grow with the company
