Assembly B - Second Shift Assembly B - Third Shift  

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform detailed assembly and dis-assembly of products, assemblies and subassemblies in accordance with product specifications from engineering drawing, work instructions, and control plans safely. Some assistance may be required. * Perform required inspections of subassemblies and finished product, using all associated gauges, in accordance with control plans and QA documentation. Some assistance may be required. * Perform minor welding as required. * Record applicable inspection/test results accurately and legibly. * Setting up assembly workstations and adjust fixtures accordingly. * Interpret inspection/test results to reflect job function requirements as necessary. * Enter time and labor data daily and meet required minimum production standards. * Maintain acceptable levels of production per work standards/efficiency as defined by the company. * Work safely and maintain a clean, organized work area and look out for other employees in one's area. * Perform inspection and correct use of lifting devices during the assembly process. Recognize when to replace them. * Provide feedback on issues related to safety, quality, production and documentation. * Change out compressed gas cylinders as needed. * Engrave, print, and attach serial number tags, labels, etc. to products as required. * Use bander to secure product to pallets as required.
