Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the G-4 Division of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER. ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Responsibilities You will apply her/his knowledge of national stock numbers (NSN) and of understanding the acquisition advice codes (AAC) when determinations are made to use an offline or internet based ordering platform. You will be required to recommend other means to obtain requirements, such as, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR), contractual procurement, work and or purchase requests or miscellaneous payment transaction procedures. You will manage and monitor users’ access documentation, confirmation that governing directives and policies are current and to administer MCIPAC-MCB Butler’s automated information system (AIS). You will be required to contact and collaborate with active military member, U.S. Civilian, and Master Labor Contract (MLC) foreign national employees, and other internal and external agencies and or civilian contractors in performing his/her duties. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing basic supply and financial management functions using automated systems. Commute area is defined as the geographic area surrounding the duty location in which people can reasonably be expected to travel back and forth daily.
