Site Manager (IDS) (CV2147-3) - Specialized Services Division

We are looking for a Site Manager (IDS) to join our dynamic and growing team. They will report to the Residential Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the treatment team.

The RESPONSIBILITIES are managerial in function:

  • Overall supervision of Residential Program Counselors positions and other assigned staff

  • Including, but not limited to: recruitment, interviewing and hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling

  • Overseeing on-going security and safety of the facility

  • Accountability for the consumer population

  • Assisting with the orientation of all new consumers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years experience as a Volunteers of America employee and previous supervisory experience or

  • An Associates degree with a minimum of four years experience with IDS population preferable

  • Good written and verbal communication organization skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced client service-orientated environment demonstrating effective logical problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills interacting appropriately with clientele as well as working effectively with co-workers as a team player

  • Computer skills required

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to meet Volunteers of America standards

The successful candidate must be able to pass a criminal background clearance from the funding source.
