A typical day in the life of a Practice Manager, includes:
Create an environment where employees want to come to work and patients come to seek care.
Oversee day to day operations of the center, collaborating with center clinical staff to ensure patient care.
Directly supervise all registration and clinical (non-provider) staff within the center.
Engage and promote a positive culture within the center in alignment with company values.
Support and facilitate employee growth and development within the center and organization.
Work to achieve center KPI targets including: inventory management, patient satisfaction and access and staffing reports.
Ensure accurate inventory of medical, office, and prescription supplies; ordering as needed.
Serve as the point of contact for all facility and employee related concerns or issues to best support center and staff success.
Provide backup to registration and/or clinical tasks as needed.
What you bring to our TEAM:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field, preferred
3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of MS Office, EMR (Experity) and scheduling systems (When to Work)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Our centers are open (7) days per week 8AM to 8PM. This is a full-time salary exempt position with the expectation of working at minimum 40 hours per week with weekend availability at least two weekends per month
