    Job Description

    PATIENT EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE, MIT Health, to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and comfort for patients, engaging with patients in a friendly, compassionate, and professional manner, both in person, on the phone, and online; provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns, and perform service recovery whenever possible. Will collaborate and support projects and programs sponsored by the Patient Experience Team, including participation in team meetings, experience management program, patient education and outreach, and training and development sessions; assist in the management of patient relations data, including the documentation of complaints, resolution outcomes, and any follow-up actions taken; help keep accurate and comprehensive records in the patient relations tracking system for reporting and analysis purposes; conduct follow-up communications with patients to ensure that their concerns have been adequately addressed and resolved to their satisfaction and maintain open lines of communication to provide updates and address any additional questions that may arise.

    Job Requirements

    REQUIRED: High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 3 years of healthcare, administrative, or related experience; excellent communication skills, verbal and written; interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with patients' concerns; proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records systems; and ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
