Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Cambridge MA

Duration :3+ months

Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients.

Job Description

  • Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread documents for articles, cases, and presentations.

  • Faculty Support: Assist during teaching sessions, coordinate class visitor arrangements, and proctor exams.

  • Course Management: Maintain course website, seating charts, and class lists.

  • Calendar and Travel Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange faculty travel, including itineraries and expense reimbursements.

  • Visitor Coordination: Act as the primary contact for faculty, responding to calls, emails, and greeting visitors.

  • Supplies Management: Order and manage office supplies.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook) and willingness to learn new systems.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and scheduling skills.

  • Attention to detail for proofreading and document formatting.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
