    Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 2, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) (part-time, 24 hrs/wk.), to perform complex and diverse administrative duties in support of a work area or group of individuals. Will develop broad understanding of work area policies and procedures in order to respond to inquiries and provide explanations and instructions, triage clients and visitors, and ensure inquiries are resolved. Responsibilities will include scheduling appointments and meetings, composing and editing correspondence and other documents, database maintenance, monitoring and ordering office supplies, monitoring and reconciling accounting statements, performing general office administration tasks for multiple programs and projects, arranging travel, and event planning.
