JCW Management, Inc Painter Helper in CAMAS, Washington

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting Journeyman Painter with applying paint products to a variety of surfaces.

  • Assisting with the preparing surfaces by washing, pressure washing, repairing drywall and similar surfaces as required.
  • Helping Painter(s) to maintain a safe and clean workspace.
  • Assist with removing fixtures such as doorknobs and light switch covers to protect prior to painting.
  • Assist with masking, taping, cutting, rolling, spraying.
  • Assist with applying paints and other finishes per project scope of work.
  • Perform duties in compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Obtain/maintain tools and equipment as required on the company Mandatory Tool List.
  • Take direction from your supervisor

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma/GED. Strong attention to detail.

 0-2 years previous experience painting residential, commercial, and/or industrial sites.

Preferred Skills

Attention to detail

Ability to follow direction

Experience working with hand and power tools

Construction safety knowledge and certification

 

Additional Notes

Schedule varies. We work all shifts 24/7 throughout Washington and Oregon States

 

Candidate will be required to pass background and drug screening.
