Our partner consults with manufacturing the industry's most advanced bioreactors and operational efficiencies, and they are looking for a Systems Engineer for their site in Camarillo, CA!

Salary: 115k-140k

Direct Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the establishment and implementation of system-level requirements and strategies.

• Collaborate with users, scientists, and customer-facing personnel such as marketing and field service associates to enhance the customer journey.

• Formulate system and subsystem requirements while actively contributing to Risk Analysis and Management initiatives.

• Design and execute both formal and informal testing protocols, leveraging findings to inform decision-making processes and refine designs.

• Employ modeling tools to simulate and assess systems, subsystems, and data.

• Effectively communicate requirements and findings across multidisciplinary teams.

• Work cross functionally with Product Development Team and groups on projects and goal development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in software, hardware design specifications, and traceability concepts.

• Experience in conducting case analysis, and creating and executing test protocols.

• Proficiency in computerized control systems.
